MyHomeStudio is built and supported by Ron Dvir. Not a team, not a venture-backed roadmap — one developer working directly with the studios using it, and the person you will be talking to.
Why it exists
Most studio software assumes a storefront. MyHomeStudio assumes a home.
That one difference runs through everything: one teacher rather than a staff roster, a room with a fixed number of reformers rather than a floor plan, members who pay in cash as often as by card, and an owner who is also the instructor and the bookkeeper. Every screen is built for that person, and nothing is built for anyone else.
The trade is honest: you get someone who answers directly and can ship a fix the same week, and you take the risk that comes with one person rather than a company of eighty. The rest of this page is the detail you need to judge that.
At some point soon someone will be helping me answer the phone — there are only so many hours, and a call that goes to voicemail while I am teaching or mid-way through a fix helps nobody. That is worth saying now rather than letting you discover it. What will not change is who builds this and who answers the things that matter: a question about your data, your schedule or something broken comes to me.
One thing worth saying plainly about money: members pay by card through Stripe and the funds settle into your own Stripe account. We hold none of it and take no percentage of what your members pay you.
Getting your data out
It is a button. Settings → Your data downloads the whole studio as spreadsheets — every member, every plan and what is left on it, every booking, every payment and every intake answer — whenever you like, without asking anyone. An earlier version of this page promised that if this ever became a button, the paragraph would say so. It did, and it does.
The one thing not in that download is the signed intake PDFs themselves. Each is downloadable from the member’s record one at a time; if you want them all at once, ask, and you get them. That part is still a promise from a person.
